What People Are Saying:

Meredith and Alicia envision doulas as genuine champions of physiological birth, serving as advocates within the birthing community and standing alongside families on their empowered journey to birth. They skillfully share tools and strategies that nurture the holistic well-being of families, encompassing mental, physical, and spiritual health. They aspire for families to emerge from the birthing experience not only knowledgeable and confident but also equipped to positively impact the world through the improved communication and deep connection that comes with an empowered birth experience.
