The IBP Accelerator is a high-touch, immersive doula training experience designed to fast-track your growth, confidence, and success. Meredith and Alicia will be by your side for an entire year providing you with personalized support and mentorship. We will truly get to know each other.

The magic happens through daily access to us and your cohort for real-time support, plus weekly private mentoring sessions with Meredith, Alicia, or an IBP specialist (your choice) so you can go deeper, stay focused, and move forward with clarity. Surrounded by an intimate circle of like-minded birth pros—your new birth besties—the Accelerator is a powerful, personalized launchpad for the next step in your doula journey.

We're so excited to experience the following with you!

4-Month Intensive (September 14 - January 18; includes breaks for the Holidays)

  • 16 pre-recorded in-depth trainings where we guide you in highly effective birth room advocacy, high impact prenatal work, the essentials+ of birth physiology and how to support it even alongside interventions, tried-and-true labor support skills, and thriving in your business. We hold nothing back (our Core Doula Training).
  • 16 live progress pods for Q&A on each module. Every Wednesday at 1pm. Attendance is expected but recordings are available.
  • 250-page physical workbook including all of our business templates + systems, our advocacy tools, and our strategies for grounded success.
  • Doula Certification included at no extra cost when you complete requirements.

4-Month Mentorship 

  • Weekly private consults for your personal strategy, accountability, or support: with Meredith, Alicia, or an IBP specialist mentor of your choosing (4 months).
  • Daily discussion and accountability with us and your cohort, via video messaging app Marco Polo (4 months)

12-Month IB Community Membership (Sept 2026 - Sept 2027)

Participation here is totally at your own discretion: an opportunity for deeper connection and learning! Beginning September 14, you'll have a one-year growth membership in the Intentional Birth Community. It looks like this!
